Franchise Development
Start ups and new franchise companies face many of the same obstacles. The Franchise Edge will engage its team in a 1-2 day concept review with the client’s team on site. We will review all areas of their business. In the event their store or business is not open, we will still engage in this same process with some assumptions. In these 2 days we will study and review:
  • Training and operational standards - to access future needs
  • Existing business and operating number to access model profitability
  • Proposed start up to open new location and target new franchise development cost
  • Review all manuals and concept collateral currently available and assess future needs.
  • Review current staff for corporate and franchise operation
  • Evaluate the capital requirements and budgets for the franchise company's future growth.
  • Review existing marketing and collateral pieces.
  • Determine the regional or national growth strategy.
There are other items that will be addressed based upon the individual needs of your business and industry. After flushing out these issues Franchise Edge will prepare a plan of action for accomplishing your businesses targeted franchising objectives.
